I was in town from NY when my serpentine belt snapped which caused me to have it towed to the closest Nissan, not only were they able to run a diagnostic before the original appointment, they were very good about communications … I ended up needing to replace the alternator as a result of the belt snapping, but they were very clear and direct about what the next steps we’re going to be and how soon they were going to be able to return my car. Jocelyn provided excellent customer service throughout my whole experience. ”
