Returning the Vehicle

Your first option technically includes two choices but what they have in common is returning your leased vehicle. If you’ve decided that the Nissan you have been leasing no longer works for your commute along Route 1 or you are simply ready for an upgrade, returning it allows you to take advantage of a new lease or purchasing a different vehicle. In both cases you’ll be required to schedule a quick complimentary vehicle inspection. We can take care of the inspection here at our service center in Waldorf or you can have a certified inspector complete it at your residence. Based on the results of the inspection you may want to repair the vehicle if damage outside of the lease contract occurred or simply schedule the return during any of our sales hours. 

Purchasing the Vehicle 

The third option you have at the end of the lease is to keep the Nissan you have been leasing. This is a great choice if you have fallen in love with that particular model and you want to own it, enjoying unlimited mileage around Washington DC, as well as no car payment once it has been paid off. Some customers will also choose to purchase their leased Nissan instead of paying to have damage repaired or paying added mileage or wear and use fees to return the vehicle. Our team will create several different finance options for you to choose from, taking into account what you have invested in lease payments over the course of your contract.

Bought my first new car a 2025 Nissan Sentra hands down the sales team were amazing and seemed to genuinely care about you as the customer. Shoutout to Don (former employee who helped us at first but then resigned) Manny (salesman really nice young guy amazing customer service skills & very knowledgeable about Nissan overall) and finally Jordy (finance manager who help get me at a good monthly payment rate as well as explaining the financial benefits, rebates, and student discount for college graduates)! I honestly came looking for a used car but the fact I was able to get a 2025 brand new car with little difference price wise from a used model was a true blessing~ I would definitely recommend this dealership mainly for the staff it better to go somewhere where your treated like a person than a piggy bank. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I was in town from NY when my serpentine belt snapped which caused me to have it towed to the closest Nissan, not only were they able to run a diagnostic before the original appointment, they were very good about communications … I ended up needing to replace the alternator as a result of the belt snapping, but they were very clear and direct about what the next steps we’re going to be and how soon they were going to be able to return my car. Jocelyn provided excellent customer service throughout my whole experience.

The Nissan team was pretty good. I had to call a few times to get a status on my vehicle which I understand that like any job can get real busy. I had a unique situation that a mechanic who had 20 years experienced hopefully has fixed.

When I walked in Chris looked up and said can I help you. First someone did that while entering the service area. He was very helpful and the service was completed in a timely manner. Chris was polite. The ladies at the cashier were very friendly and efficient. When Cheryl called to check on my service experience she was polite and friendly. The seating area was a little warm. This was the best experience that I have ever had at Sheehy. I have had my car since 2008 at so happy with my tech Jason. His patients going over the things that I needed was fantastic. He was respectfulnes was appreciated because this day and age it rarely exists. Called me every step of the way to keep me updated. In the past I would call Sheehy about a status. I never had to do this because Jason was prompt with feedback on my car. I hope that my next service would be with him. He made me feel like he cared about providing great customer service.
